Materials and Maintenance

What makes us sustainable creators? At the core of Printable Minds, we care about the source and selection of our materials. Our products are nearly entirely made from renewable materials like wood, plywood or bamboo. Everything displayed on our website were painted or designed by us. We strongly recommend that all of our art be used only in its intended fashion and not be used in the presence of heat, flames, water or hazardous sources. Keep small components away from young children. Ensure that all wall-mounted artwork are tested prior to hanging, installed securely and safely away from fragile items, and use additional supports in conjunction with added weight.

Custom Artwork

Printable Minds deeply values customer relations, and in cases of custom orders, we will keep in regular contact with customers throughout the conception, design and production process. We aim to uphold a turn-around time of less than 48 hours to respond to inquiries. Depending on the size and scale of work, custom orders may require a deposit before work is commissioned.

General Terms

All custom products, once the client has approved the designs and selection of materials, are final. Printable Minds will address product defects and issue replacements to goods up to 30 days after sale. We accept payments by cash and credit cards.

Intellectual Property Policy and Design Liberty

Printable Minds reserves all of its legal rights over any designs, artwork or intellectual property that are communicated, distributed or otherwise transmitted to our clients. Printable Minds will not re-produce, re-design or re-engineer any copyrighted, patented or IP-protected material, ideas, or work of others. Our artwork are subject to artistic interpretations and liberties, and we cannot be held liable for any misinterpretation as the nature of the work is artistic and not intended to serve as factual guides (i.e., maps).
